(Sr.) DevOps Engineer
Help clients fix deployment bottlenecks by designing clean CI/CD pipelines, writing infrastructure as code, and automating release verification.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Practical proficiency with Terraform or Ansible for provisioning infrastructure.
- Good working knowledge of system monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Clear understanding of automated testing gates, rollback strategies, and zero-downtime releases.
Embedded & Firmware Engineer
Work on firmware integration, build pipeline optimization, and board support packages for industrial IoT, automotive, and defense hardware.
- Strong background in C/C++, Yocto Project / OpenEmbedded, and RTOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Linux kernel configuration, device drivers, and board bring-up.
- Experience with serial hardware protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Understanding of Embedded DevOps, automated hardware testing, and over-the-air firmware updates.
Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist
Generate qualified discovery calls with engineering decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of Platform Engineering) through outbound prospecting, technical content, and targeted paid campaigns.
- Outbound Prospecting: Building and verifying target account lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Clay across SaaS, MedTech, and Embedded sectors.
- Cold Outreach & Deliverability: Writing thoughtful cold email and LinkedIn sequences. Maintaining technical email deliverability including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.
- Paid Acquisition: Running targeted Google Search and LinkedIn ad campaigns centered on real engineering bottlenecks.
- Tool Promotion: Generating traffic and qualified leads for our self-assessment tools like TuskerGauge and our engineering case studies.
- Pipeline Management: Tracking responses, managing CRM stages inside HubSpot or Apollo, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
(Sr.) Linux Administrator
Keep our internal systems and client environments patched, secure, and running smoothly across bare-metal servers and cloud instances.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise Linux distributions like Ubuntu Server, RHEL, or Rocky Linux.
- Comfortable writing Bash and Python scripts for recurring maintenance and monitoring tasks.
- Hands-on experience with system hardening, firewall setup, storage volumes, and network diagnostics.
- Familiarity with container runtimes, backup restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
Executive Assistant & Operations Specialist
Support leadership with calendar scheduling, client communication, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Clear and concise written and spoken English communication.
- Daily proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM tools.
- Good organizational instincts for managing calendars, coordinating candidate interviews, and handling invoices.
